Who are we?

The journey to equine facilitated professional work for Inna is a journey of passion. Inna's career has began in the marketing position in her early 20s and evolved into a marketing director in the corporate world. Major career shift had occurred in 2008 when Inna took a dive into a path to mental health profession which advanced into a successful private practice. Facilitating corporate workshops (team building, leadership and management skills development) is the ultimate use of Inna's skills that combines both worlds. 

In the midst of the pandemic, Inna created an equine assisted personal and professional growth program at Whispering Pines Farm in Sparta, NJ. Today, together with her husband who is an experienced public companies' executive, established Wise Horse Ranch. The ranch was purchased in March 2023 and began its operation during the summer of 2023 with the new team. 

When it come to non-verbal communication and understanding body language cues, Keren is the master in the field. She brings to the team about 20 years experience of communication with preverbal infants and parents' coaching of children from infancy to adulthood. 

Keren's sharp intuition is one of her many incredible traits and assets that are irreplaceable in the nonverbal cues during the corporate workshops. Naturally adventurous Keren entered a new equine journey with mettlesome spirit!

Recent graduate of International School for Parenting - Adler's Method, Keren is holding Bachelor Degree from Israel and Masters Degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ.

Doreen has been around horses her entire life. She owned her first black horse at the age of five and today is the proud owner of three horses at Wise Horse Ranch - Dasher, George and Cartman. 

As equine specialist , Doreen's job is to ensure everyone's physical safety around the horses. Her proclivity for listening brings the essential quiet presence into the workshops. Doreen's familiarity with the horses' behavior adds an expert eye into the session. 

While Wise Horse Ranch focuses on the groundwork with the horse, Doreen has a lot of experience as a Western riding instructor and therefore she can offer therapeutic riding* (upon request).

Besides the fact that Ilan is a major animal lover, who gets up at 5AM every weekend to feed the horses, he brings to the team the executive level of understanding businesses as well as the practical approach for organizational development and team building.

Ilan is the one who reified the dream about a horse farm into the current reality of Wise Horse Ranch and he is the one who feeds the ranches' guests with homecooked meal.

With over 25 years of experience in management in private and public sectors, Ilan is an irreplaceable asset when corporate executive team arrives to the ranch for professional and organizational development.

Ilan graduated from Darden School of Business at UVA in 2000 and since then he initiated a start up in cancer diagnostic field that grew into a public company today. 

Melissa has been riding horses her entire life. She and her daughter were riding horses at the Wise Horse Ranch years before
